In preparation for activating your company sponsored Bank of Pawnee brokerage account, we want to furnish you with the information you will need to access your grants and shares. In order to create your account, you will need the following information:

Legal Name
Social Security Number (US only)
Date of Birth
Home City
Home State (US only)
Employee ID (this will be distributed to you)
