Enabling Licenses for the Corporate Project Management Software

Important Notes:

• Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared between employees.
• Licenses must be used for business purposes only.
• If you need to cancel a license, please contact the IT department at least 30 days in advance.

How to Enable:

To obtain licenses for the corporate project management software, please follow these steps:

1. Login to Azure.
2. Open this webform.
3. Provide the following information:
   • Your franchise number
   • The names of the employees who will be using the software
   • The type of licenses you need (e.g., single-user, multi-user)
4. The IT department will process your request and send you the licenses within 2 business day.
